When i want to import from edward jones, i must first log into my account either on my computer or on my ipad When i try to import so all of the information automatically goes where it should tt asks for a 24 character tracking number. After i do that, when turbotax prompts me, i enter ed ward jones from the drop down box and my consolidated statement downloads into my desktop software

These are not special characters or odd figures i can and do long on just fine to the edward jones web pages I have found no help from turbo tax. Import 1099 from edward jones not working tt 2024 goes through the steps and doesn't report any issues but the data import from edward jones system does not update in tt I have successfully imported from other financial institutions without issue
