She has to be present for the trigger to happen, but not for it to resolve. Main liesa here, i really like her gameplay because i feel like i'm always interacting, liesa is a threating presence and you put a lot of pressure, remembering your opponent the 2 damage is pretty nice I have 2 decks with her, 1 frendlier, mostly about angels and really cool looking cards, one is about the tax mechanic and is pretty strong/fun.
