Easyweb and the mobile app were recently updated I see di has fees for trading, but it also has more options (etfs, stocks, mutual funds, etc) Clear your browser’s cache, cookies and try logging in.

Recently we've been unable to log into easyweb but since webbroker still worked we didn't worry about it I'm getting a (polite!) nudge from td bank that i should consider moving my easyweb funds over to td direct investing This week we learned that they had disabled our easyweb access when our debit cards expired and they won't reinstate access until we visit a branch with id.
Im trying to help my aunt who has an account with td and we keep getting an error to update the browsers when logging in to easy web access
Checked all the browser both safari and google and they are up to date. It’s similar to the app where only the main dashboard is new and everything else uses the old ui. After the usual identity confirmation, the td agent assured me that there were no apparent account issues However, the hurdle persisted when using the interac verification service app, displaying a feature not available message upon signing into my td account.
Fast forward to tonight, i grew more suspicious thinking about it, i still couldnt log into easyweb (my online banking for those who dont know), so i called back Fwiw, when i try to reset my password, it told me to call the exact number they contacted me on I even redialed the number we talked on to try and assure myself i was talking to a legitimate td number. From talking to the td rep for some account details on my direct investing account, he suggested i consider td easy trade
This is my very short list of pros and cons to consider
No commission on first fifty trades (i don't anticipate hitting this much a year) i can fund it as a regular payment from my td account, which was a sore spot with direct investing, which can only withdraw. The td authenticate app only works with easyweb, not an option with the td app Use the phone browser to access the td website if required when abroad, so you can use the authenticate app instead of text codes.
