I’m extremely disappointed in this setup and lack of plain, prominent, installation information that comes with the cam and solar panels. I'm having the same problem The official one isn't in stock til spring and can't seem to find any 3rd party compatible supply on amazon, ebay or anywhere else I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing
However, i noticed only one of the pins was extended.
I've decided i won't be adding to my ring devices until the playing field is levelled up
