The gal at springfield said that any parts they send you can be replaced by the end user, i.e They send nothing out that would interfere with safety issues

I took this to mean that the recoil spring assembly replacement by the end user is not anything of concern as to voiding the warranty I did not however specifically ask her that either. I tried searching this forum for info on +p ammo, but couldnt find what i was looking for So i sent an email to sa asking if it was ok to shoot +p ammo in my 9mm xdm
