Which login method is being used We only allow google and badge sign in If a user is logged in to multiple google accounts then the clever sign in doesn’t work We have them visit google.com and click the profile icon to sign out of the extra accounts and that fixes the only login issue we have consistently experienced.

The only issues we ever ran into with clever before we stopped using it was due to our content filter and random things that would get blocked along the route between clever and us Silly question, but did you try removing any filtering along the process
